CORE VALUES

The critical work conducted by the Juvenile Court must be guided by a set of principles, identified as Core Values, which ensure a consistent, structured approach and performance by our employees.  It is the responsibility of each employee to understand, demonstrate and enforce these principles.  It is also imperative that the public and other stakeholders have a clear understanding of these principles and experience their application whenever they have contact or are engaged with the Juvenile Court.  These core values do not change from person to person or from situation to situation.
